Charge Back System - (Dbase III)
Created an authorization request form that was sent to the manufacture showing the merchandise that was damaged,description of the damange and the price. Created the shipping label and tracked when merchandise was shipped.and by which carrier.

Fax Broadcast System - (FoxPro)
automated the process of receiving a fax from a client and faxing it out to their database list. The system had the capabality of sending out 2000 faxes per hour. The manaual process took 25 minutes and with the system that I created it was completed in 6 clicks of the mouse, saving 20 minutes for each job. Over the life of the system, 4 years this was a tremendous savings for the company in labor.

Inbound Fax Distribution System - (FoxPro)
Each employee (50+) were given unique toll free numbers. When a fax was sent into their fax number the system would convert the fax to a pdf and email it to the employee. The system knew who to email the fax to because of the DNIS number that was passed through the pbx. This eliminated the lost or misplacement of time sensitive data and confidential information being left out for anyone to see.

Plan Holders Report - (Visual FoxPro)
Our business was based on reporting Construction Projects that were coming up to be bidded on. We would list all the plan holders. When a company was added to the Plan Holders List, we would send either a fax or email showing the information that we had on the company, such as name, address, phone, fax and email. This is vital to the company so they could be contacted by other companies wanting to provide materials or labor. It would also show all other projects that we were showing them bidding on. There were two main reasons for sending this out. To show our sincere effort to provide the most accurate information in the industry, to learn other projects that they were bidding on that we might not have in our system, and if they were not a client, this would keep our name before them and would help with name recognition when a sales call was made.
