Data Reports - Financial Reports

One of my main job responsibilities was the creation of Special Reports. Reports is my speciality. I am able to take any form of data and convert it to a format that is understandable to the average person. I have used FoxPro, Access, Excel, SQL, MAS, and Quickbooks to gather data for building reports. Along with tools such as SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel, FRx, Visual FoxPro, Access, Word, Power Point, Publisher, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Visio, and the creation and displaying of the reports.

Weekly duties were the creating of all financial reports for the Directors meetings, and responsible for explaining or answering all financial questions. Weekly time sheets, sick and vacation reports, and Year to Date totals on Income Statement. Sales Commission was paid weekly. The Commission was based on the Draw System. I developed the software to calculate the commission each week and to email the report to the individual sales person for their approval.

Training and Documentation
I was responsible for the creation of training material and documentation of software and new features additions to the software..

Construction DataFax provided a specialized report to our subscribers that showed construction projects that were specific to their trade, for the specific geography area that they covered and only the projects that were released that day. I rewrote the program coverting from DOS to a Windows platfrom. This report was generated each night and email or faxed to thousands of clients over the country each night.

Plan Holders Report -
Created a report that was sent to anyone that was added as a plan holder that day and was sent be fax or email that night. This showed all the information that we had in our system for verification that it was correct and also showed all projects that they were currently bidding. If there were bidding on a project that we did have them listed on, this would give us the lead to find out about the project and to see why we were missed the project. If the company was not a client, this introducted us to them showing that we are very concerned about the accuracy of our report and it kept our name before them, increasing name recognition.
